The LEGO Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for LEGO Brand Retail in the United States. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, empower staff, and maintain high merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail environment.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems.
• Loss prevention and cash management experience.
• Recruitment, training and performance management.
• Scheduling and payroll management experience.
• Space management and visual merchandising expertise.
• Physical requirements: moving, lifting up to 30 lbs, long hours.
• Must have full availability to work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to exceed goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Foster a positive, safe and fun store environment.
• Maintain merchandising standards to meet KPIs and sales targets.
