LEGO Brand Retail in the United States seeks an Assistant Store Manager to inspire a guest-focused team, uphold our Brand values, and drive store performance. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to motivate, coach, and develop associates while ensuring excellent guest interactions.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and manage merchandising to meet KPIs, maintain a safe and fun environment, and support a hybrid work model with two days remote.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• Experience with POS systems and computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of loss prevention and cash handling.
• Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Experience with scheduling and payroll management.
• Space management and visual merchandising expertise.
