Reporting

This position reports to the Regional Director.

How You’ll Play To Win

• Embodies our culture and values through self-accountability, serving as a role model internally and externally.
• Recruits, hires, and trains store associates and supervisors to actively engage customers.
• Drives customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Directs daily activities of store supervisors and associates to meet company and store goals.
• Collaborates with Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Fulfillment teams for responsible outcomes.
• Ensures operational efficiency in payroll, inventory management, and paperwork.
• Develops and maintains merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping experience.
• Provides feedback across organizational levels to improve the business.

What You Bring To The Team

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, etc.).
• Strong social interaction skills with customers, employees, and partners.
• Ability to set and achieve goals with large teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, thrives in fast-paced settings.
• Analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative-taking.
• Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, and retail systems.
• Self-motivated, effective communicator, team builder.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Physical ability to move, stand, and perform store duties for extended periods.
• Applicants must be 18+ years old.
