Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager for our new store at Waterford Lakes Town Center in Orlando, FL!

As the Store Manager, you will lead the creation of a world-class retail environment, overseeing all aspects of Sales & Operations. Using cutting-edge technology, you will ensure a seamless shopping experience between our website and retail stores for our customers. Collaborate with Store Leaders to recruit, hire, and train a team of enthusiastic associates dedicated to helping our customers live their passion. We’re looking for a self-driven, high-energy leader who thrives on public interaction. Join our close-knit team of key players, all focused on hitting ambitious targets and advancing the business while guiding the career paths of 10 to 12 associates and leaders. This position reports to the Regional Director.

How you’ll play to Win

  1. Embody our culture and values through a high degree of self-accountability, acting as a model for all team members both internally and externally.
  2. Recruit, hire, and train store Associates and Supervisors, preparing them to actively engage our Customers in new and meaningful ways.
  3. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store environment through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  4. Direct the daily activities of Store Supervisors and Associates in alignment with company and store goals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Fulfillment to deliver timely and responsible outcomes.
  6. Ensure operational efficiency by actively managing payroll, inventory, and paperwork.
  7. Develop and maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and enhance the customer purchase journey.
  8. Provide and gather feedback from all organization levels to continuously improve the business.

What you bring to the team

  • At least 2 years of management experience in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
  • Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
  • Experience working with large teams, setting personal and professional goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in building advanced spreadsheet models.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, retail inventory, and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator, and capable of motivating others.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
  • Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, stand for extended periods, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders.
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Availability

  • Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
