Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and training, and conduct safety meetings.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, restocking and rotating displays.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by controlling damages and markdowns.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms and store presentation.
• Maintain financial integrity: cashier accountability, deposits, refunds and overrides.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
