Bayou Pawn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This role supports Store Manager in daily operations, staff development, and customer satisfaction while guiding financial performance.

The position offers hourly pay ($13.00–$17.00) plus commission and bonuses based on store performance. Earned wage access and comprehensive benefits are available, with full-time schedules and opportunities for growth at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Attention to asset protection and store operations.
• Ability to recruit and develop store staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Open/close store and safeguard assets.
• Manage loans, inventory, and store presentation to drive profitability.
• Act as manager on duty in absence of Store Manager.
