This role pays an hourly wage ($13.00–$16.50) plus commission based on productivity and a performance bonus tied to store results. You will open/close the store, manage customer relations, and support asset protection while maintaining a customer‑centric environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a supervisory/lead role in retail or pawnbroker setting.
• Experience supervising staff and cash handling.
• Ability to work with firearms certification (as required by location).
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities
