FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Chicago area stores. The role offers hourly pay of $17.40 to $20.40 plus an earned commission based on productivity and a store-performance bonus.

You will partner with the Store Manager to lead staff, drive sales, protect assets, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced pawn operation. Responsibilities include staffing, training pawnbrokers, managing cash and inventory, and ensuring adherence to company

Qualifications

• Minimum six months in management or 3rd key experience required.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to work across multiple locations and weekends.
