$15.00 to $18.00 per hour

  • The ability to earn unlimited commission above your hourly base rate.
  • VACATION: One week of paid vacation after six months of full-time service; an additional week after one year; two weeks on each anniversary thereafter; 120 hours after five years.
  • SICK/PERSONAL: 8 hours after 6 months, 16 hours annually (years 2-5), 24 hours after five years.

Position Overview

Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least 6 months of management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, recruiting, financial management, and customer satisfaction. Promotes a customer-centric environment and supports financial and asset protection goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a friendly, professional customer environment.
  • Train and develop staff.
  • Recruit top talent.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures, cash, and inventory.
  • Analyze financial statements to meet goals.
  • Maintain operational standards and asset protection.
  • Assist in loan and merchandise processes.
  • Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
Minimum Requirements
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
  • Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient with POS systems and office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Cash handling experience.

Bilingual applicants encouraged.

Commission & Additional Info

Potential to earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit, with details provided during interview. Employment includes arbitration agreement, compliance with minimum wage laws, and optional programs such as Earned Wage Access and 401k.
