We are currently seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The position offers an hourly wage of $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, with an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $2.39 per hour ON TOP OF YOUR HOURLY RATE.

Position Summary

Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least 6+ months of management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, recruitment, financial management, and customer satisfaction. Acts as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager. Offers hourly wages plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.
