Position Summary
Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least 6 months of management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, recruiting, financial management, and customer satisfaction. Offers hourly wages plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Foster a customer-centric environment and address customer issues promptly.
- Train and develop staff, including Pawnbrokers.
- Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash and merchandise counts.
- Ensure asset protection and inventory control.
- Oversee store processes, including loans, inventory, and merchandising.
- Analyze financial statements to meet profit goals.
- Maintain high operating standards.
- Monitor loan and buying processes for integrity.
- Perform self-development tasks and training.
- Communicate store goals and standards clearly to staff.
- Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Proven supervisory skills.
- Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
- Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Computer literacy and POS system experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
- Cash handling experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Commission Plan
