$15.00 to $17.50 per hour

Position Summary

Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least 6 months of management or third key experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, recruiting, financial goals, and customer satisfaction. Promotes a customer-centric environment, manages financial statements, asset protection, and customer relations. Offers hourly wage plus commissions and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities of an Assistant Store Manager

• Foster a customer-centric environment by engaging and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in training pawnbrokers to meet standards.
• Recruit top talent and source candidates.
• Open and close the store, manage cash and merchandise, follow procedures for asset protection.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Analyze financial statements to drive profitability.
• Ensure operational standards meet company standards.
• Monitor loan processes for integrity.
• Complete training and self-development tasks.
• Communicate store mission and goals clearly.
• Act as manager on duty in absence of the Store Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Effective supervision skills.
• Ability to work with firearms and become certified.
• Minimum age 18, High School Diploma or GED.
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations and schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy, POS system operation, multitasking, attention to detail, and cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently and possess a strong work ethic.
