$17.00 to $20.00 per hour

Position Summary
Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with a minimum of 6+ months of management or 3rd key experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, recruiting, financial management, and customer relations. Sets a customer-centric tone and partners with the Store Manager to meet financial goals.
Responsibilities

- Ensure asset protection and inventory control.
- Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
- Maintain operational standards.
- Monitor loan and buying processes.
- Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Effective supervisory skills.
- Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
- Minimum age 18, High School diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer literacy, cash handling experience, and multitasking skills.
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
