$16.00 to $20.00 per hour

Position Overview

Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least six months of management or third-key experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, recruitment, financial management, and customer satisfaction. Offers hourly pay plus commissions and performance bonuses.

• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling experience and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic.
