Retail Assistant Store Manager (02) (Project Management)

No Late Nights!
Stores are open from 10am to 8pm Mon - Sat, 11am to 6pm on Sunday.
$24/Hour PLUS Quarter Sales Bonus!

Purpose or General Objective: To assist the store manager in operating a retail store within a given budget while meeting both production plan and monthly sales goals.

Job Duties:
- Support and work cooperatively as team members with all retail and upper management staff, as well as other departments within GICMH.
- Serve as a positive, productive role model to all employees, participants, and customers.
- Maintain appropriate and professional verbal communication, appearance, and actions.
- Comply with and enforce all agency policies and procedures.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Assist the store manager in meeting or exceeding monthly production plans while ensuring all quality and quantity standards are met.
- Assist in all areas of human resources management, including recruiting, hiring, training, performance appraisals, maintaining updated files, and corrective actions.
- Assist in completing store staff work schedules.
- Review and respond to customer complaints professionally.
- Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
