As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in managing store operations, driving sales, and leading a motivated team to deliver memorable customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and engage your team to embody brand values, fostering an inclusive and positive work environment.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and demonstrate role model behaviors.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets, maintaining standards, and ensuring policy compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and community partners.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on marketing initiatives.
  • Manage stock and visual merchandising to meet store KPIs.

  • Support store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining store presentation.
  • Ensure health and safety policies are followed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
