What’s It All About?

We seek a self-driven, results-oriented Retail Assistant Store Manager passionate about customer service and coaching team members to meet their goals in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring each guest feels welcomed through quality interaction, asking questions to understand needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
2. Supporting the Store Manager in meeting sales targets, monitoring customer service, inventory, expenses, and risk management.
3. Serving as a product knowledge expert to sell and market a broad range of apparel, including private labels, brands, and tailored clothing.
4. Helping build a customer-focused sales team through ongoing coaching and training in selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures.

Are You a Fit?

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Store Manager.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in a commission-driven environment is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to neighboring store locations.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
