GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep our Easthampton, MA convenience store energized and running smoothly on all shifts. You will support the Store Manager, supervise cash handling, and lead a team focused on customer service and store success.

Open availability is required, with weekend and holiday work as part of the role; growth opportunities exist toward store management and retail leadership.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or food service.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and basic math skills; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and lead team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Cover as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
• Provide feedback to motivate the team.
