Bohme is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and address customer escalations while ensuring merchandising and store standards are met.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills who can motivate the team, solve problems quickly, and maintain a positive, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience or equivalent education.
• Ability to count and perform retail math.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work POS and other store computer applications.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff and coach to ensure great customer service and strong sales performance.
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily task coordination.
• Handle customer issues or escalations to maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Oversee store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory, restocking, receiving shipments, and display maintenance.
• Help meet sales goals by analyzing performance and motivating the team.
• Recruit top talent and support training for staff development.
