Family Dollar seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. The role includes assisting with daily store activities, organizing merchandise, and supervising associates to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

You will help with opening/closing procedures, payroll and scheduling, and adherence to company policies. This position focuses on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.

• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications related to activities.
• Maintain promotional effectiveness of fixtures and displays; support loss prevention.
