Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities
• Help customers and resolve questions
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Process corporate directives and communications
• Maintain displays and promotional effectiveness
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention
