Job summary

Sunglass Hut is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager I to join our team in Florida. You will partner with the Store/Multi Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach associates, and drive retail excellence on the sales floor.

You will develop talent, maintain brand standards, and deliver great customer experiences while executing promotional initiatives and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or store operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution of store operations.
• Ability to think critically and drive store results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales results and develop associates using company tools.
• Utilize reports to identify performance gaps and capitalize on successes.
• Provide ongoing coaching to associates and create an inspiring work environment.
• Recruit talent in partnership with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Spend majority of time on the sales floor.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and brand standards.
• Maintain store merchandising and product knowledge.
• Communicate promotions and incentives clearly to the team.
