Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is hiring an Assistant Manager I for a full-time role in our Florida store. You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach associates, merchandise the floor, and recruit talent while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your day will focus on the sales floor, customer relationships, and enabling your team to meet performance goals, all within a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Demonstrates expertise in store operations and execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store/Multi Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Sell, coach, merchandise and recruit as needed.
• Develop customer relationships and maintain brand standards.
• Communicate promotions, contests and incentives clearly to the team.
• Spend majority of time on the sales floor and model expected behaviors.
