You will assist with daily store activities, greet customers, and help organize merchandise from delivery to floor, ensuring seasonal areas are maintained. Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional effects of fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, process damaged merchandise, record keeping, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including cash.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines and supervise/store associates.
• Help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Ensure store areas are clean, restocked, and presentable; take out trash and mop floors.
