Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska, Inc. in Grand Island is seeking a full-time Retail Store Assistant Manager to support daily operations and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

You will assist the Store Manager, help train and motivate staff, and strive to foster a positive workplace aligned with Goodwill values. There may be out-of-town training travel as part of the onboarding process, with a clear path to a Store Manager position based on performance.

Formación

• Two years of experience working with the public is preferred.
• Supervisory experience.
• Valid Nebraska driver’s license and meet insurance requirements is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager with tasks necessary for an efficient operation.
• Assist in training and motivating store personnel, striving for an enjoyable workplace.
• Assist the Store Manager in creating an exciting shopping environment.
• Serve as a positive role model to employees.
• Perform work activities in conformance to the Goodwill Values Statement, including Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Stewardship, Learning, Teamwork, and Entrepreneurial Spirit.
