Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in retail or store operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution.
• Uses critical thinking to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Uses company tools to deliver sales plan, develop associates and achieve objectives.
• Uses reporting tools and business acumen to address performance gaps.
• Provides ongoing coaching for all associates to enable growth.
• Acquires talent via networking and interviews with the Store Manager.
• Seeks self-development opportunities as defined in an IDP.
• Spends the majority of time on the sales floor.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships using tools.
• Consistently executes brand standards across the store.
• Maintains merchandising standards and updates as needed.
• Knows product knowledge and uses learning tools for updates.
• Ensures execution of operational policies and procedures.
• Communicates brand strategy, promotions and incentives clearly.
