GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a fast-paced Oklahoma convenience store. You will support the Store Manager, handle register operations, coach staff, and help hire/train a high-performing team while maintaining great customer service and store standards.

You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and daily cash handling, with opportunities for career growth to store leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or store operations preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell and deliver great service.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and pump areas.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee store financials.
• Provide leadership that motivates the team to excel.
