Citi Trends in Minneapolis is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead frontline teams, and assist with staffing and development of associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, maintain operational excellence, and ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and people leadership skills, with a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals, customer experience standards, and operational expectations.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with inventory control, shrink prevention, and compliance with policies.
• Supervise and support store associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, onboarding, and training support.
