Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy store in Saint Cloud, MN. You will drive sales, manage payroll and store expenses, and coach a team of up to 25 stylists to deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and retain top talent, ensure visual standards, and handle daily operations with integrity and a focus on customer service. A minimum of 1 year in retail management and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience is required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in group settings and one-on-one interactions.
• Willingness to welcome feedback and continuously improve.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and overall productivity, including payroll and expenses.
• Oversee daily operations and own the sales floor to create the Oasis for customers.
• Lead and train the team, coaching for performance and engagement.
• Maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines and ensure the Windsor Merchandising Directive is followed.
