Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a fashion-forward team in a fast-paced, customer-centric store environment. You will drive sales, coach a team of stylists, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver an Oasis experience aligned with Windsor’s brand standards.

You will recruit and onboard talent, manage daily operations, and ensure the store remains compliant with Windsor policies, visual guidelines, and merchandising directives.
