Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager in Clearwater, FL to lead store operations and coach a team of up to 25 stylists. You will drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, and ensure an Oasis experience for customers across channels.

You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, onboard, and develop talent, while maintaining Windsor Visual Guidelines and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
