Job summary

Windsor Fashions is a leading fashion retailer seeking an Assistant Manager to join the store leadership team in Saint Peters, MO. You will drive sales, coach Stylists, and manage payroll and expenses in collaboration with the Store Manager.

We value integrity, strong communication, and the ability to lead a team of up to 25 while delivering an Omni channel Oasis experience to customers. A 1+ year track record in retail management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• Ability to lead a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and uphold the Oasis experience for every customer.
• Coach and motivate a high performing team of Stylists while modelling Windsor values.
• Partner with the Store Manager to recruit, onboard and retain talent with a strong onboarding program.
• Own the sales floor and daily operations including scheduling, payroll and expenses.
• Maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines and make smart merchandising decisions.
