LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. This store leadership role offers an opportunity to nurture relationships with customers and teammates while upholding the brand’s hospitality and service standards.

You’ll lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit, hire, and develop talent, using data and tools to drive store performance and a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen with ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
