Qualifikationen

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• Years of Experience: 1-3 of relevant job experience.
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

• Assist in developing, inspiring, and retaining top talent.
• Maintain a positive work environment with a team-focused mentality.
• Coach, teach and train Sales Associates for performance.
• Identify high performing Sales Associates for growth.
• Participate in hiring by interviewing and providing feedback.
• Support Store Manager with business analysis and action plans.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure execution of plans.
• Lead merchandising, loyalty programs, and omnichannel operations.
• Create a proactive customer engagement culture to exceed expectations.
