Job summary

Holiday Oil Co. in Lehi, UT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and Customer service excellence. The role supervises staff, handles cash, and assists with inventory and fuel ordering, ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, strong leadership, can open/close stores on a Sunday-Saturday schedule, and will contribute to a positive guest experience while driving store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Retail experience required.
• Training experience preferred.
• Open and close stores across Sunday–Saturday schedule.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Must have a safe driving record and Utah driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain store cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.
