Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture seeks a Retail Assistant Manager to drive outstanding customer experiences while balancing sales-floor leadership with back-end operations and logistics. This full-time, on-site role requires weekend/evening/holiday availability and a focus on team development and performance coaching.

You will support store performance, implement operational goals, and execute The Bob's Way across both the showroom and inventory control areas.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
• Experience in retail or warehouse operations.
• Ability to manage both front-end sales and back-end store processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be employed.
