Job summary

Connectivity Source is hiring for MOBILE ASSOCIATE and RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER roles in a fast-paced retail environment selling T-Mobile products. The RAM will lead by example, train staff, and drive sales, service, and customer experience daily.

Open to mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; requires at least 18 years old, ability to stand for long periods, and the capacity to lift up to 25 pounds. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, 401k, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep all promotions and pricing provided to our sales teams up to date on a daily basis.
• Maintain the facilities for audit compliance.
• Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
