The role emphasizes leadership, customer-focused service, inventory oversight, merchandising, and cost control in a fast-paced retail environment. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework or a degree in Business Administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in a retail environment with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong management, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Understanding of retail operations and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales, revenue, and profitability.
• Coach and mentor the store team to foster a positive, productive environment.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team per policy.
• Improve customer service and loyalty through welcoming service and experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in ordering.
• Support visual merchandising and product displays to standards.
• Analyze sales data and monitor KPIs to address trends and opportunities.
• Control labor, supplies, and costs to meet budgeted goals.
