You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, provide excellent customer service, and oversee inventory, staffing, and merchandising to maintain high store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework or a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
• Experience in a retail environment and supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in driving sales and profitability.
• Coach and guide store team to maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff while ensuring policy compliance.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and order placement to meet customer demand.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotions.
