Job summary

Work World is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Reno, NV location. This full-time role requires availability for nights and weekends and offers a compensation range of $22.00–$26.00 per hour, DOE.

The position includes leadership duties, customer service excellence, and daily store operations. You will supervise store personnel, assist in training, and help manage shipments, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience.
• Bi-Lingual a plus; willingness to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist training all store personnel.
• Schedule opposite shifts of the Store Manager.
• Open and close the store; process deposits and bank drops.
• Handle shipments and stock; ensure store is clean and organized.
• Ring sales and greet customers; assist with product selection.
