Work World is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Reno, NV location. This full-time role requires availability for nights and weekends and offers a compensation range of $22.00–$26.00 per hour, DOE.

The position includes leadership duties, customer service excellence, and daily store operations. You will supervise store personnel, assist in training, and help manage shipments, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience.
• Bi-Lingual a plus; willingness to train and develop staff.

Schedule: Full-time -- (Must be available nights & weekends)

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour (DOE)

What you’ll be doing:

• Supervise and assist training all store personnel
• Scheduled opposite shifts of the Store Manager
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned by the Store Manager
• Open and close the store
• Prepare bank deposits and drop at bank
• Buy change for store as needed
• Process merchandise shipments
• Keep store neat and clean at all times
• Ring sales on cash register agency guidelines
• Greet customers and answer phones
• Assist customers in finding items

What You’ll Need:

• Excellent Customer Service
• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 2-years of prior retail experience
• Must be able to climb a ladder
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Standing for long periods of time
• Bi-Lingual a plus
• Assistant Manager experience a plus

Pay Range
