Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and goals.
• Consult with Store Manager on selling, restocking, merchandising, and scheduling.
• Step in as acting Store Manager in their absence.
• Lead recruiting, training, and evaluation of personnel.
• Guide employees and customers across departments when needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales stats, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department tasks meet standards.
• Maintain customer service quality per policies.
