Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development in Pittsburgh. You will help with day-to-day functions, open and close the store, and ensure a welcoming, safe shopping environment.

Responsibilities include merchandise organization, assisting with transfers from delivery, supervising store associates, maintaining cleanliness, and following corporate directives while protecting assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking and standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support the Store Manager in supervising and developing Store Associates.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
