Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and move merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Follow corporate directives and complete store communications.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays, and promotions for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, payroll and scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Keep store areas clean, stocked, and presentable.
• Protect store assets including cash and security.
