Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Work with Store Manager to plan selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager's absence and handle responsibilities.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales data, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to execute department duties and maintain standards.
• Maintain customer service quality and assist customers during peak times.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
