• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and establishing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Consult with the Store Manager to establish action plans for departmental and overall store responsibilities.
• Assist with personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across all departments.
• Ensure profitability by monitoring inventory movement, sales statistics, and expenses.
• Direct staff to ensure departmental responsibilities and standards are met.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise, delivering extraordinary customer service.
