You will step in for the Store Manager when required and help drive sales, inventory control, and exceptional service across all departments.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred, especially footwear or athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Serve as acting Store Manager in the absence of the manager.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff.
• Ensure quality customer service and profitable store operations.
• Direct staff and monitor inventory movement and customer trends.
• Uphold all company policies and standards.
• Provide extraordinary customer service at entry and peak times.
