Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from truck to stockroom and floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives; respond to communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, payroll, scheduling, cash deposits.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including cash.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies; supervise/train associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep store areas neat and presentable; restock bathrooms as needed.
