Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 1–3 years in customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment.
• Capable of assisting in team management and achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and administrative duties.
• Consult in action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Lead in Store Manager's absence and participate in hiring/training.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to staff and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure departmental responsibilities are met.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promote merchandise.
• Uphold company policies and internal controls against fraud.
