Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager’s absence and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Support personnel recruiting, training and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain quality customer service per the service manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Uphold company policies and internal controls; report potential fraud risks.
